Dear All,
Is there a keyboard shortcut that allows the user to switch between the installed languages (and, thus, save you from lifting your fingers off the keyboard) ?
Apologies if the answer is in the forum and I failed to locate it.
All the best,
Nicholas

Same question.

May be it can be achieved using Tasker. I am gonna try it, as I miss this option as well.

The "External Keyboard Helper Pro" can do the trick :
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?...elper&hl=en (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.apedroid.hwkeyboardhelper&hl=en)
There is a demo available to test the program before buying the 'pro' version.
UPDATE[1] : Nope, I jumped to conclusions too fast : all the <FN>-related characters do _not_ work out of the box. Maybe after messing with the configuration or the layout settings things will work-out, but it is definitely not an out-of-box-everything-works-beautifully situation.
UPDATE[2] : I have a working solution for my combination of languages (EN+GR), but it took me a couple of hours messing with the settings and re-mapping keys. I'm happy with the result, but I'm not excited about the effort it required.

If you meant to switch the keyboard layouts by shortcut well, the latest Android update is not allowing me to set more keyboard layout anymore, thus they can not be switched even with the touchscreen. Beware....

I just did the firmware upgrade and the only extra thing I had to do was to re-enable the languages and re-activate the keyboards. As far as I can tell I'm back to normal. We must have other differences in the device setup (?).

You are able to see in this dialog:

more keyboard layouts? (e.g. in Planet Notes after tapping the right-bottom corner small keyboard icon)
Under Input/Virtual Keyboard/Gemini Keyboard/Configure I have now a completely different (dark) looking app compared to this setup (http://support.planetcom.co.uk/index.php/Configuration#Configuring_the_Gemini_Keyboard_Layout_.28US_English_example.29) that only enable to select one layout at time....

Goto Settings => Languages & Input => In Languages add your languages => Goto to "Virtual keyboard" => "Manage keyboards"
Don't you see your old settings there ?
