On Grant Sinclair's website (his surname will be familiar to some of you - he's the nephew of Clive Sinclair, the inventor of the ZX Spectrum/Timex home computers), a new handheld is available for preorder, the POCO Zero:

It's a compact handheld with a touchscreen, two analog joysticks and buttons, though no physical keyboard. It is based on the Raspberry Pi Zero, and in true Sinclair fashion it is available both as a self-assembly kit and a fully-assembled unit. According to the website, it will be available in a couple of months (Q3 2017).
