Title: Page Up, Page Down

By chance I discovered that I can page down using the center button on the dpad, but only in Opera. Anyone know of a way to page down or up in Word or Excel?

Gee I didn't think of that. And if I attached such a keyboard to my Sun Workstation, why I wouldn't need the Z at all. The possibilities would be endless
