Title: X/qt: / Makes Caps Lock???

When I'm running X/Qt my keyboard exhibits a strange behaviour.  Whenever I type a slash the caps lock and the next characters are uppercase.  Shift cures the problem, until the next </>.  Why does this happen?  How can I cure this behaviour.  This does not happen in the Konsole (I'm running Cacko 1.22).

Try disabling Keyhelper before launching X/QT
