Title: Help On Using Package Manager

Just a quick couple of questions.  I'm using Cacko 1.22 (excellent rom) and doing various package install from the network.  I'm just wondering how to use the package manager.  

Does the list of packages always update each time you use it?  

Does the Upgrade button update the list or does it update and already installed packages?

To update the list of packages you have to go to "Install Packages via networks" -> Click on the little switch icon in the lower right corner -> Click OK.  The packages should update.  It is a bit annoying that it doesn't update the package list everytime, but we can't change it since we don't have the source.  I try to update the feed every day or two with new/updated packages.
