Hi,
Okay, so I've installed gnu screen (http://psifertex.com/zaurus/screen.phtml), but typing C-a is hard on the Zaurus keyboard. I'd like to remap one of the application keys (say, 'Address') to send a C-a, but I can't figure out how to do it. Is there some setting I can change? Or do I need an external program? The 'Application Key' settings don't seem to help.
Thanks,
Eric

To answer my own question, I installed KeyHelper (https://www.oesf.org/index.php?title=Introduction_to_KeyHelper) and mapped the kana/hira key (first Japanese key, next to the left-control) to send C-a:

You can use "Fn + Shift + A" which is equal to "Ctrl - A".

Heh. Ya, that's true, but "Fn + Shift + A" isn't any easier to press than "Ctrl + A" for me.

I would suggest using KeyHelper to make your Ctrl key a sticky key (toggle="True"). That way you don't have to hold it down; instead, just hit the Ctrl key, followed by 'a'. This way you could use the Ctrl key for other sequences as well.
