Title: Can It Dual-root R9 In Sd?

i have installed r5 in sd. but the power can't off/on.
so i want to update r8/r9. but it alway is not success.
need to be helped.

My guess, but I may be wrong,  is that the power button is handled by the drivers, and as you dual boot the kernel and thus the drivers are the one from the other rom that are not totally compatibles, thus I'm not sure it will ever work.

You might try to call apm --suspend from the command line, but I might no sure it will work, for the same reasons as above.

      now i have updated rc9.
      but rom is too small to install big-size software.i have to install them  into SD (fat),but it is failed.

Yes, most application will not work on a card formatted in FAT, because
fat doesn't support things like  ln.

you must either format your card to ext2, or create an image formatted in ext2. ... search this forum for now, I might add something on the wiki latter

now .i format sd to ext3.it is better than ext2.
