Title: Internal File Transfers

I'm probably missing this but how can I transfer a file from my CF card to my internal flash?

Well, the file manager department is sort of lacking, so you need to start a command line shell and input:

# cp /mnt/cf/myfilename /home/zaurus/myfilename
