Hi,
I wanted to use my socket rev F. card with the fast kernel but:
1) the bluez ipks in the ZUG howto (both the normal and the preemt one) do not work, the same for the updated ipk from tumnus (found in This (https://www.oesf.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=9995&hl=bluez) thrrad)
2) The bluez ipk found on Guylhem site, in the topic about using a SCO headset, for some reason is not correctly managed by the software installer and I cannot install it (Itried to d/l it twice with no success).
Did someone manage to install the bluez drivers on the fast kernel?
And what ipk did you use?
Thank you for the help

Hello,
Try to install them by hand from terminal (ipkg install stuff.ipk) - I'm no good at packaging :-)

Hi Guylhem,
I tried to install it from terminal (as root user), but the installation stops with the following error:
zcat: stdin: unexpected end of file
ipkg_install_file: ERROR unpacking control.tar.gz from bluez-zaurus.ipk
What can I do to bypass this?
Thanks,
Adalberto

Checking the release notes of the fast kernel, I discovered that in fact the bluez drivers are already compiled in.
If this is correct, what do I need now to install/copy/execute for having by BT (socket rev.F) card working?
Thanks for the support!

Oops? Did you solve that?
The bluez driver I did compile in are for the 6000W (the one I have!) with integrated bluetooth.

Unortunately not.
I am now trying adf version of your kernel, but his version has usb BT built in.
Would be really great if it would be possible to have a version with the CF bt drivers (whatever this means....) in it.
