I want to have a web server running on my SL-C3000 (for simple web page design with XHTML, CSS, & perl or php ...nothing fancy). I looked at the Zaurus index and it listed a few web servers, but nothing specific to the SL-C3000. There were 5 listed, but I tried to contact a couple of them and they seem to be abandoned or last updated in 2002. The servers were thttpd, Servertech, TJWS, Boa, and Tiny Java Web Server.
Anybody have a working Web Server? I am using the SHARP ROM.

most of those should work with the sharp rom on all arm based Zs. I believe all Zs are arm instruction compatible. In short, I have personally used thttpd, boa and apache and those should work on the 3000.

Did you look at Apache? I have it running on both my SL5600 and my SL6000.

Hi,
I use this....
http://www.choup.net/spip/accueil.php3?id_rubrique=12 (http://www.choup.net/spip/accueil.php3?id_rubrique=12)
and then follow the instructions from here....
http://homepage1.nifty.com/kyou-kyou/jorna...apache_php.html (http://homepage1.nifty.com/kyou-kyou/jornada/en/apache_php.html)
espically the bit about ln -s as you want the htdocs etc on the hdd2 or hdd3 with a link back otherwise your home will run out of space....
The above will give apache 1.3.27 and php 4.x......

Thank you so much! This apache works great.
