Can anyone compile and strip xfce? I'm very happy with rox-pinboard/filer and openbox, but I remember xfce was really cool.
I'd like to try it on rc9.1 and rc10

IceWM really cool too

Hi,
I still have an ipk xfce4_4.0.4 among my backup files.
It installs and runs fine on rc8 - rc9. I have it combined with rox-desktop. Really cool and easy to change the menu (pointing to my debian chroot apps etc.)
I had to change the apps in the settings-menu - the names of the apps have changed since 1.0.5
If this ipk is what you are looking for, I could mail it to you or upload it somewhere.
or you can still download it here (1.0.5 feed on zaurus.spy.org) (http://zaurus.spy.org/feeds/cacko/pdaXrom/1.0.5/feed/)
cheers,
Chero
