I would like to send MMS out with my Zaurus(via bluetooth and Mobile phone). Is there any application provide MMS send/receive feature?

AFAIK no, there isn't. And while creating such a beast is certainly feasible, it certainly is a non-trivial task -- so I seriously doubt we will see such a thing anytime soon.
