Title: must i turn on the power for docking station when syncing?

Hi, i need some advise:

1) must i turn on the power for docking station when syncing?

2) this would also charge the batteries,rite?

3)Any possiblity to sync with pc with the docking station\'s power of...running solely on zaurus\' own battery?

Any help or advise? Thanks a million in advance...

2) Yes

3) Yes, but your Z may power itself off before the process has finished.

I\'ve found that, on my el cheapo home computer, Windows won\'t even see the USB connection to the Zaurus unless I have the cradle plugged into the A.C.

YMMV...
