Title: How Do You Encode Wide Screen Dvds For The Z?

Hi. got a 5600 and i got the mencoder options down (vbitrate=112 -ofps 15 seems to work ok) for 4:3 dvds but how do i encoded widescreen or 16x9 so the screen doesnt look squashed? any help is appreciated.
