Title: Change Cpu-speed When Closing Display

Hi!


Is it possible (with Cacko 1.22) to chance the CPU-Frequency to powersaving when  the display is closed and set to normal when it´s opened.

there is a battery change applet somewhere by a japanese developer which changes frequency depending upon idle times
