Post by: defakto on April 12, 2005, 11:14:52 am
I'm looking for a version of gcc that I can run under opie on my Z, haven't had much luck googling for it.

That's an old version of GCC - good for the Sharp ROMs, but not so good for Opie (though it may be possible to get it to run).

The OZ feed has some native gcc packages in it I think (otherwise they are available in OE and could be built), but there were some issues getting it working ok - if you want to help sort that, that would be really great.

Awesome, thanks very much, now to get opie to stop being a whiny little bitch and life will be good.

I'm mainly new working with the zaurus and with linux in general so everything is pretty much a learning experience.  I can't even get opie to sync up with my pc yet (working that issue).   Where do I find the native gcc and the OZ feed for it?
