Hello everybody,
it's time for yet another obscure piece of software to make it to the Z -- I finally managed to patch up a version of RTTY, an FSK decoder for LINUX (http://bellota.ele.uva.es/~jesus/rtty/) that actually works on the Z. Modified the DSP filter code so it uses (mostly) fixed-point arithmetic.
Managed to receive DWD's HF RTTY weather reports using just my Sangean ATS-909 and my Z by connecting the Sangean's line-out to the Z's audio in using an appropriate cable
Just documenting this here in case anybody else is interested in these more ... uhm, esoteric uses of the Z. If you need the patches, let me know.
Best regards,
Chris.
