Can anyone recommend a shop in Tokyo where I could find USB miniA-A adapter or cable?

Have a look at this shop (http://www.wolf.ne.jp/syuhen/zaurus.html). I think they probably carry the required cable (didn't check this last time I was there though, but they really have a lot of Zaurus-specific stuff, so this is a good place to start at, I'd say).
