- I did what's most likely a real bone-head move, and installed jeode from the SL5500. It worked just fine, actually, but then it occurred to me that the C1000 should already have a JVM, and if so, it's probably new than jeode.
- Now that I've uninstalled jeode, I can't find a JVM anywhere. Does the C1000 have a JVM? If so, where might it live? (grin)
- I'm thinking if it does have a JVM, mucking around with jeode wiped its symlink, so it's orphaned in flash somewhere. Or it just doesn't have one! (snicker)

Your guess is right (one of them, anyway). The C[13]000 don't come with any JVM.
Now what I don't know, is if it's better to install one from a previous zaurus as you did, or
one of the others that are available out there.
