Hi All,
I'm using Kdepim-pi 2.1.0 on Linux and Windows and 2.1.4 on Z5600. When entering in a TODO, the autocompletion feature is preventing me from entering in what I'd like to enter. I think what is happening is that the completion search is case-insensitive and it's overriding my case-sensitive entry I'd like to put in.
For example, if I had previous entered something like:
pick up groceries
and I start a TODO and want to enter something that starts with a capital P, such as
Pack up and go
When I enter in a capital P, the "pick up groceries" is matched and it replaced my P with a lowercase p. There's no way to get that capital P unless I enter in enough text where nothing matches the completion, then go back to correct the capitalization.
I think the functionality I expected would be that capitalization wouldn't switch to the autocompletion version unless I do something to accept that completion match, such as defocus the text entry section or press enter.
Is there something I'm missing?
Thanks,
steven

It's a known bug, sorry. The pattern matcher is too loose basically (it's borderline slutty, TBH )

Hi ev1l,
Thanks for letting me know. Either way, not a critical bug, just a small annoyance at the moment. Back to planning out my life with Kdepim-pi!
