Zaurus: SL-5500/Collie

Hello,
This morning I installed OZ 3.5.3 (GPE) onto my SL-5500, which went off fine. But, for some reason I am unable to Sync with Qtopia 1.7. I have searched around and found a few tips but nothing seems to work. I can actually ping from the Z -> PC and back, but the software will not connect. I even installed Intellisync 1.43E, but get the same results.
PC IP is 192.168.129.200, running XP Pro SP2 (I know its windows, but I can't convert the wife )
Z IP is 192.168.129.201
I copied the files over to the CF card this morning while it still had original ROM in place.
Also, for some reason the Z won't sleep even with all sleep options enabled.
