I'm not so impressed with that as I am with this [a href=\"http://shop.gameplay.co.uk/webstore/productpage.asp?productcode=PP0060&title=logic_3_-_solar_power_charger_for_psp,_ds_and_gba_sp]Solar charger for the PSP[/url].
If the PSP powerbrick worked, this might too and it's not too unreasonably priced.
Also, a lot of the power stuff on this suppliers website (http://www.firstsing.com/products/NDSbag/NDS%20PSP%20MINI%20PS2.htm) puts out about the right Volts/Amps. How would you like to charge your Z with a hand crank?

hmm...That PSP charger reminds me of the solar battary charger I got from Maplin last year. I think it was cheaper (£20) as well....

The powerbick was recalled because it overheats. Pellican is offerring a replacement program at http://www.powerbrickrecall.net (http://www.powerbrickrecall.net) but unfortunately it is not actually replacing the battery with a new one but with other PSP accessories. Some are usefull like the power supplies though.
