When I type JustReader in the console I get:
justreader
justreader: symbol lookup error: justreader:
undefined symbol: _2Qt.darkCyan
When I type in opera, I get:
opera
opera: symbol lookup error: opera: undefined
symbol: _7QString.shared_null
How do I correct these errors?
Thanks in advance.

install JustReader from OZ feed
install sharp-compat-libs for opera

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I had used an ipk I had lying around for JustReader because I couldn't find it on the feed. Somehow I found it on the feed and installed it and it works...it's not the one I'm used to but it looks good...at least it looks like it reads html files which the OpieReader didn't.
Now I had already installed the sharp-compat-libs (thanks for not giving them some obscure nickname like OZ compats or something) but I fear they cannot be found by Opera. I have a lovely "Libraries" icon but when I click on it, it says "Could not locate application makecompat."
Now makecompat seems to be located in /media/card/packages/opt/QtPalmtop.compat/ and opera seems to be in /media/card/packages/opt/QtPalmtop/opera/ AND opera EMPTY folders in /media/card/packages/home/QtPalmtop/opera/
How do I get the sharp-compat-libs to work with my Opera install?
I installed the Opera version from the ZUG feed and I have a non-functioning icon.
Thanks a million for your help.

Usually when my icon does not find makecompat its because i need to "ipkg-link add sharp-compat-libs". For Opera I suggest you download the ipk below. It's MrSquishys repackaged package, repackaged of Opera 7.55 for OZ. It correctly links the directorys and fixes the cache issues but must be installed to the sd card.
Hope it helps!!!
Note: Make sure there is no /home/root/.opera or /usr/share/opera directorys before you install and it must be installed to a sd card

So you used older version before? 2.0.k is latest..

No, I have been using 2.0k JustReader on my Sharp ROM Zaurus - it's the latest - it just seems to be totally different in OZ - maybe it's just the icons. Haven't had time to investigate it. I'll let you know after I have a somewhat working OZ.

Okay, just checked it out and the icons at the top (File Navigation line) are different, and the fonts are different - Sharp has Helvetica (which is my favorite), fixed, micro,. smallsmooth, and smoothtimes. OZ has fixed, smoothmono and smoothsans. I guess all else is the same.

you can install extra fonts - look for qpf-* packages

Yeah, I know - I just discovered that myself. :-) It's one new discovery after another.
