Title: Can't Install Packages

I'm sure this is an easy one to fix, but when I use the package manager now it doesn't give me the choice between / /mnt/cf and /mnt/card to install my packages like it did.  The box is just empty.  I tried to install a package like that and it won't install.  How can I go about getting my options back?

I installed a package using the command line "ipkg" tool.  I then went to the graphical package manager and my options were back and it confirmed the package I wanted to install did.  Go figure.
