Title: supplicant for Zaurus
Post by: Anonymous on January 27, 2004, 12:51:59 pm
Has anyone been successful in compiling supplicant for the Zaurus. Even better
would be directions on where to find a pre-compiled package.

Thanks,

cfc

I\'ve never even heard of it. What is it? Can you provide a link to the source?

Xsupplicant is an open source version of 802.1x, see http://www.open1x.org (http://www.open1x.org). There is
a port to Linux, but I am in need of a port to the zaurus as well.

In a nutshell, 802.1x is the latest in wireless authentication.

Interesting.

Does it need harware support (for the wifi card not the zaurus) or does it run with standard hardware ?
