Post by: gab74 on June 21, 2005, 06:33:11 am
On pdaxrom and SL6000L:

Suspend works, but when i resume my Z using power button

- the first time zaurus power up and suddenly power down, the second usually works...
- The clock show a wrong time after resuming

Can Anyone help me ? Are there any fix ???

                                    hi gab,

i have the same problems. i cant help you with the resume problem, but you can
set the correct time in the clock applet and then run "sethwclock -systohc" from
a console. the time settings behave well until a reboot.

@gab:

maybe here is a "solution" for the resume problem (it only seems to help for short
suspend intervalls, dont ask me why):

edit the shell script /usr/apps/Suspend/AppRun and
change the line "#!/bin/sh" to "#!/bin/bash"

for xfce4 users: my lock icon of system buttons is empty. doing a
"ln -s /usr/apps/Suspend/AppsRun /usr/bin/xlock" i use it
as a suspend icon.
