Title: Adding A Category To The Documents Tab

Is it possible to add a new category to the Documents tab? If so, how?
I've tried adding directories in what seemed to be good locations, but it didn't work.

Yeah, I would like to know that too and if I can delete files in there safely? Or they will be deleted from the system as well.
