Title: Starts In Landscape But Not In Portriat Mode

I am writing a Python/PyQT app for my zaurus (for VGA screens).
While the app starts fine in Landscape mode and also rotates when the screen is rotated to the portrait mode, it doesnt start up when the zaurus is already in the portrait mode.

Any reason for this ?
