I noticed a newly created snapshot directory for 3.8 beta. Anyone knows what bugs have been fixed, and what new features have been implemented ? It would be nice to include a readme.txt file with this information.

Looks like the OpenBSD "daily changelog" for current hasn't been updated since May, but it should have most of the major changes listed in it. Prepare for a lot of reading.

P.S. There's always CVS if you really want the latest info on a particular feature.

Thanks, that is what I was looking for. I have not tried the CVS thing yet, I need to seup my wireless connection first.

You don't need anything special to look at CVS. You can browse it online:
