Title: Avi Video Player
Post by: colryn on September 01, 2005, 07:34:48 am
I have a SL-5600 and want to play some avi video. The standard video player does not support this. What Zaurus software supports this format?

Thanks.

I used tkcvideo (about $20.00 software at thekompany.com) when I had a 5600. It plays avi files as well as quite a few other formats. It was particularly useful when viewing movies taken with my Aiptek DV3100.

Maslovsky was generous enough to include the 5600 in his recent builds of Kino2

I would also recommend installing and using his Memory Monitor Applet to create a small swapfile for playing video.
