Hello
One of the most annoying keyboard bug I had (light, record didn't work) has been fixed. There are no more showstoppers besides :
- having to use the menu option for suspend
- having to recalibrate the screen every couple of weeks
I'd be interested in bug reports/details which could help me solve the calibration issues. It's not really reproductible for now.
I will now try to make the bluetooth and USB keyboard use the fix too.

Standing by for the next release

Me too.
Cannot wait for the ability to wrtie accentuated characters with Zaurus keyboard (I am Spanish). Tried to setup it modifying keyboard definitions in the Zaurus but with no luck.
Thank you Guylhem for your hard work.

Hello
I currently have a version where I have to do the usb keyboard and the bluetooth keyboard part (not ready yet).
If you can live with that (if you only use the internal keyboard), I can release right now a work in progress rom, so you can see the progress... and use the accents :-) shift+fn gives you accentuated chars. I did set up shortcuts for the chars I use most, but with the documentation it's quite easy to set up your own. It requires no plugin or external application like qkey for that. Pure qtopia :-)

Yes please, please please!!
I would appreciate it very much (if it is not hard to do). I usually do not use the Zaurus for writing long texts and haven't bought an usb keyboard (mine is a 6000L and hasn't BT so that was not an option).
Changing qtopia keyboard definitions seemed easy to do but I had no luck adding new key combinations.
