Title: Suspending/resuming?
Post by: microsoft/linux on November 01, 2005, 12:48:51 am
In Sharp 3.13, holding down the 'Cancel' button would suspend the PDA. Now in OZ, it shuts it down, is there any way to set it up so that it will suspend it, and resume it, as opposed to shutting it down?

It looks like you've not upgraded the modules & flashed the new kernel (this was a bug in the original release).

Try the RC and see if that works (it ought to now that the kernel has been patched), or follow the instructions about flashing the new kernel (they are pinned in one of the OZ sections).

Is the RC stable enough? I'll prob. try that, but I've gotta get sycning working, as well as USB networking working completely(NFS or FTP)

The only trouble with the RC is that there's no kernel module feed as it's only for testing.

You'd probably be best updating the kernel for the time being:

Read my comment (#14).
