Is there a way to change the colour of the clock applet in RC12? The font's ok, I suppose, but I'd like to change it if possible. All I really need to do though is change the colour of the time to white, as the vast majority of my Zaurus themes are dark coloured.
I already checked the Matchbox website, but the best thing I could find there was:
4.2.3. mb-applet-clock
A simple clock.
Wonderfully helpful, isn't it? Anyways, does anybody know if this is possible? Many thanks in advance.

You might be able to achieve something like that by installing
matchbox-window-manager_0.9.4-1_armv5tel.ipk
Besides the window manager it also install the matchbox themes and the matchbox-remote application that should let you use themes for the panel and desktop.
Check the matchbox documentation for info about themes.
You may also have to modify /home/root/.xinitrc so that it does not pass argument to matchbox-desktop (ie on line 65 delete the $MBBGND leaving only "$MATCHBOX") as matchbox-desktop says that specifying an option on the command line disable the themes.

I don't believe that matchbox-remote can do that, unfortunately...thanks for the help though.

Unfortunately theming seems to work only when you use the matchbox-window- manager....
one workaround is to start with matchbox-window-manager and then kill it and switch to openbox..............
It don't think something else can be done without some hacking and recompilation.
