We have successfully installed OZ -3.5.4-rc on a sl-c3100, we DON'T have in our filesystem the /usr/sbin.rom folder... so we cannot run much of system services, some help?
Thanks in advance.

Try /usr/sbin/

The directory you mentioned here exists, but some file links, such inetd, point to a file in not existent /usr/sbin.rom directory.
Also, the /usr/sbin.rom exists in the original Zaurus OS.
Thank you.

Also, the /usr/sbin.rom exists in the original Zaurus OS.
Because with the original Sharp 'ROM' / is not writeable, with OZ it is, which means there's no need for the symlink spaghetti.
but some file links, such inetd, point to a file in not existent /usr/sbin.rom directory.
Where did you install this version of inetd from? This should not happen with anything from OpenZaurus.

I haven't manually installed inetd on my OZ. I supposed it was already present on the system, but at this time only symlinks exists, but not the true inetd executable.
How can I solve this problem?
Edit : at this time the real problem is that I cannot make a network link via telnet with my desktop PC because I cannot find on my Zaurus the INETD executable!

You'll probably find that inetd is provided by busybox, therefore there will be a symlink from inetd -> busybox.
