Title: Pim For Oz Linux And Possible Windoze
Post by: mcdelroy on November 12, 2005, 11:01:17 pm
I'm considering purchasing a sl-c750, sl-c1000, or sl-c3000. I have a Linux workstation and a Win2K pc. What PIM software has the most comprehensive features on the Zaurus? Is there a version I could install on my Linux workstaion for syncing? How about syncing with my Winblows pc?

Pi-Sync (http://pi-sync.net/) is what you're looking for. Great program. Linux, Windows, and Zaurus versions are available (and I also compiled it on FreeBSD), and synching between them is very easy.

It consists of various apps, Ko/Pi (organizer), Ka/Pi (address book), Pwm/Pi (password manager), Om/Pi (Email), and KP/Pi (VoIP). These programs saved my Zaurus as I was getting increasingly annoyed with the built-in apps.
