I was looking at Streamline's website, and they have posted a recent announcement that the 6000W is available. The price is rather high, but in case anyone really wants it...
(I have no affiliation with Streamline, nor have I ever done business with them before. This is just a public service announcement. )

Yup, I've talked to Stephen about it already. I've sold all my Z6kL's except for one (and a CF expansion adapter) and bought a C3100 with the proceeds. If I can raise enuf extra money by selling some of these misc. computers around here I'm going to be sorely tempted to wimp out on the Bluetooth hack, (no worries- it's in VERY competent hands with Guyhelm!) and ebay my last SL-6000L and then turn around and buy a new SL-6000W.
The price IS quite high but in their defense it's high everywhere else you can get it also. It's about tit-for-tat between Conics.net and Streamline (both have to order it, neither actually stock it) and I feel much more secure dealing with Streamline. It's comforting knowing you can get ahold of a English speaking support person who is located right here in America if something goes wrong. Plus from what I've seen they have ZERO complaints about their service and support while Conics has rankled quite a few ppl. Did I mention Stephen was a cool guy? If not I should have. He's responded to all my emails super quickly- even on the weekend- and even replied in a PM here on the forum when my email was giving him problems. (He apparently recognized me from the forums here- I cannot begin to tell you how startled I was when I jumped on the forum and he had a message waiting for me!)
They are also offering the CF/Battery/Serial port expansion adapter (sled). So if you have any inclination to buy an expansion sled this will probably be your absolute last chance so don't waste any time. He is also sensitive to competitor pricing and came down a bit on his price when I asked for a quote on an expansion sled. All in all I've just been super impressed. Now let me make a bit of a disclaimer- I haven't actually bought anything from them yet, but if their after-the-sale support is even a fraction of what it is before-the-sale then they are simply top notch.
Anyhow, if I can raise a few hundred more dollars I'll give a detailed account of the rest of my dealings with them. But for the moment with Christmas purchases for the family/kids staring in my face I'm so broke I can't even pay attention!
