I know there is a bug with the link to the recent post on the main page, and others have complained about not being able to get to the most recent post first, so I was thinking about a possible solution.
There is an option with these forums that will allow us to reverse the post order, so the most recent post will be displayed first, and so on. Rather than just making the change, I wanted to see what the majority of the community wants.
So please cast your vote, and let us know your thoughts.
Thanks,
michael
ps - I\'ve moved this to the general discussion forum for the exposure. Once the poll is closed and we make the change (or not), I will move it back to the site suggestions/feedback/updates forum.

quick update... I fixed the \"lastest post link\" bug on the recent posts block on the main page!
now, if you click the little yellow icon, it will automatically take you to the latest post in that thread.

Reverse order is like top posting replies in a mailing list - too hard to flollow the flow of the discussion.

I agree with slocaus,
reverse order is like reading a story backwards!
-
I agree, keep it chronological, but thanks for fixing the last post link. Thanks for all of your efforts offroadgeek!

Awesome dude! Thanks for fixing that!

I\'m glad I\'m not going crazy.

I\'ve been reading my mail in reverse order for over a decade...
the issue that comes up is sometimes people will reply with
something that\'s already been said.
As long as the link to last works, leave it chronological.

Can this be user-configurable?

Can this be user-configurable?
nope... it\'s for the whole forum or not

Then better leave it as is...
