Title: Vi Key Strokes On Sl-c860

I am trying to find out what key strokes will allow me to use VI with a sl-c860. I cannot find the esc or insert key. I have tried the software keyboard and it only has a esc key but no insert key!

Escape is the cancel button and insert is just the letter "i", like it normally is on vi.
