Sharp Camera Card. Unused. $50 shipped (within the US).
I'm willing to swap for other hardware too, but don't have anything specific in mind...

Its a Compact Flash card. I don't have exact dimensions, but they should be readily accessible somewhere on the web. (model CE-AG06)

Umm meant how much storage on the card?

512 mb?

Oh... Duh.
None, it stores the resulting images to the filesystem.
Google for "Sharp Camera Card" and you'll get a bunch of relevant links.

However, it now gone.
