hi...

it's possible to make a swap on the microdrive of the c3000 ? or juste on the ram?

it is possible ... you can either make a new swap partition or make a swap file ... the swap file is a little easyer as you won't have to repartition the HD and so you will avoid any booting problem

Yes you can. But not on the HD. The battery applet works only with swap on CF or SD.

ok... but after making a swapfile with the applet... can I move the swap file on the microdrive???

if not, is there a command to create a swapfile on the microdrive??

You can move the swapfile to the microdrive - but it will not work.

To create a swapfile on the microdrive see here:
