Title: tkc ROM and kernel updates
Post by: VeeDub on February 12, 2004, 12:51:47 am
This may be a dumb question, but hey, I\'m new.

If I were to switch to the tkc ROM or perhaps OZ, would I still be able to take advantage of the ROMs in the ZUG download area?

Checking out the other ROMs would be fun, but I want to have the preemptive kernel and the PX250 workaround so that everything runs a bit faster.

I am a newbie too but from my crash course I know that kernel is independent from ROM.  This means you can use any of the four (actually two: standard and special) kernels with any ROM.
