Hello,
As far as I know, that particular one isn't compatible. No Z-compatible drivers yet. I'm actually in the same situation as you; got my Zaurus last week and I just ordered a card as well; a Linksys WCF12, which is fully compatible.
There's a list of compatible WiFi CF cards (https://www.oesf.org/index.php?title=Wireless_Card_Support) and other relevant info. If you want to know which ones work for sure, your best bet is to pick a card that's listed there.

and is there any compatible WiFi CF with 802.11b/g?

As far as I know there are no drivers for 802.11g yet...

Also, the CompactFlash bus isn't fast enough to benefit from 802.11g speeds, so there is little incentive for manufacturers to support it. The only advantage it might have is to connect to access points that have disallowed 802.11b connection.
