Title: Problem With Sd Card

hy everybody,
I've installed opie getting files from SD card. Now, opie seem to work fine but it can't view the SD! in File Manager I see an empty dir under /media/card and other media dirs. In /mnt there are just some links to /media

How can I solve the problem?

man... which device? which kernel? could you provide 'dmesg' output after inserting card?

newer 2.6 kernels have problem with some SD/MMC cards.

kernel 2.6, zaurus C760, and... i don't know how to look/post dmesg output

maybe 2.4 is better?

ok. run console

do "uname -a" and report it,
do "dmesg" and report it

during 2.6 development were moments when some SD cards stopped working, some started working

some still does not work... like my noname 1G one which is not readable at all under 2.4.18 on c760 and fails after seconds under 2.6 ;(
