It doesnt work:
bash-2.05$ mirrormagic
mirrormagic: error while loading shared libraries: libSDL_image-1.2.so.0: cannot load shared object
file: No such file or directory
-
...or maybe you didn't read carefully :
> Depends: libSDL
That means you need to install a package named libSDL first (needed for a lot of other games too)...
-
hmmm sorry you also need SDL_image for this, forgot to put it in the dependecy.
actually i havent made a pckage so i will just upload the sdl_image files here.
also need libsmpeg
you will need to unpack them in the /home/QtPalmtop/lib directory.

Sure, that would help... I do have libpng on my zaurus but it is libpng.so.2
Thanks

Oh well, I give up. I got it to work but only by running it from the console. Even then I don't think it worked right; when I turned the mirrors the beam most of the time didn't change and I can't do right kick by holding down the shift key.
Looks like a fun game though.

My experience exactly. Launching from the desktop (after reseting the "launch magnified"checkbox) returns immediately, launching from console the beam won't move no mather how much I rotate the mirrors, and right klick doesn't work.
Anyone had any luck?
-
yes i have no idea why the game doesnt launch from the launcher. i will check that out later probably.
in my sdl (c860 from piro) the beam moves when the mirrors are rotated. right click is activated when the menu button is pressed and left click is activated when the address button is pressed so i can use both the click types and things work fine with the game.
it is an other story that this game is not playable enought in the zaurus because the time needed to finish a level is not enought with all the clicks and button presses involved. but i did manage to solve the first level

The menu and adress buttons do the trick, now all I need is to understand why the beam doesn't change unless I restart the level. Are there other keys?

i have tried the game for a desktop and i dont think there are any other keys
