Title: Saving Progress In Snes9x In Sl-5500
Post by: Hhhhh on January 27, 2006, 02:22:02 am
I try what http://www.suhami.net/zaurus/index.cgi?Emulator/snes9x (http://www.suhami.net/zaurus/index.cgi?Emulator/snes9x) says:

6-9   state load
Shift+6-9   state save

Any ideas?

In order to save you have to press Fn + 6 (or Fn + Y)

To load you have to press Shift + Fn +6 (Shift + Fn + Y)

Hopefully this solves your problem.

I tried that, but for some reason it seems not to work. I believe that works in the clamshell models, and I think I read that the collies don't support multiple key presses (I migth be wrong). Anyhow, no luck so far.

I am using the SL-5000D with no problems.  I am, however, using SDL-1.2.6cvs.  I have found that if I use a different version of SDL (1.2.5 and maybe some others, I can't remember) weird things happen.  Sometime rotation doesn't work right, sometimes the screen is all lined.  I don't remember multiple keystrokes not working, but mostly because I never made it far enough into a game with another version of SDL.

Perhaps you should try 1.2.6cvs?
