Does anyone know of a scalable VNC client for the Z?
Any help would be appreciated

I use keypebble.
http://www.killefiz.de/zaurus/showdetail.php?app=186 (http://www.killefiz.de/zaurus/showdetail.php?app=186)

Is that possible to have KeyPebble in Landscape view for the SL-C7x0 / 860 series?

Yep, it works great.
Make sure you get the one from the sharp feed, if you are using a sharp based rom.

Hmmm.... sorry I\'m a newbie.
Where could I find one? That is the one that I\'ve got:
http://www.killefiz.de/zaurus/showdetail.php?app=186 (http://www.killefiz.de/zaurus/showdetail.php?app=186)
Which has a \"5x00\" look and feel. No Landscape orientation.
Tks!

Tap and hold the icon.
Remove the tick from the \"display with magnified screen\" box.

I use Keypebble too. But its not scalable i.e. your Zaurus VNC viewer cannot display the entire desktop that the VNC server is sending, so that the user can monitor the entire screen, and zoom in/out depending on need.

This one is re-scalable http://pocketworkstation.org/fbvnc.html (http://pocketworkstation.org/fbvnc.html)
But you have to exit qtopia to get it to work.

Thanks heaps zbones!!
Much appreciated
Another (commercial) product i was going to begin looking into was WinConnect Z.
Pretty much a Remote Desktop client for NT/XP servers/workstations.

I think the latest version of keypebble in the OZ3.3.6pre1 feed allows you to set the scaling when you start up (but you may not be able to change it \'on the fly\').

Yep, the latest opie-keypebble is able to be set to use a scale per connection.
With opie-keypebble & fbvnc is the perfect solution for both GUI and non GUI vnc\'ing with the Zaurus.
Thanks to everyone who submitted posts relative to this subject.
Hope it helped out more people than just myself.

The keypebble implementation could use work if anyone cared to do so. There are some servers that support scalling on the server side which would be much faster to use on the zaurus. The palm server can do this, and I think tight can also.
