WARNING, Trying to utilize ARCHOS USA for anything from Support to purchasing AV500 accessories can be hazardess to your mental health.
I spent a total of 6 weeks trying to purchase an extra tv pod (Part #500740) with no success. After getting the run around I finally had to buy it from datamind in England and have it shipped to the U.S. I then tried to purchase the traveling kit (Part#500741) from them again with no success. Their Tech dept couldn't tell me wether some of the accessories from their other units (Av400, AV700) are compatible. Their suggestion was to BUY IT AND SEE! Hows that for support?

I had my fair share of rudeness from ASIA tech support. There's was once where i suggested to lengthen the channel input for TV channels and they had the nerve to ask me why i need such long channel input.

I ordered from http://newmp3technology.com/ (http://newmp3technology.com/), which is in the USA. Lots of stuff for Archos there.
Delivery was prompt, and I was satisfied with the chargers, travel cord/plug.
