Could anyone list compatable CF wifi cards? I would be very happy
I'm looking at this one (http://cgi.ebay.com/SANDISK-WI-FI-128MB-WIFI-COMPACT-FLASH-Wireless-Card_W0QQitemZ7590504045QQcategoryZ43465QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem) on eBay.

That card works but not 'out of the box'. There are specific instructions needed depending on what rom you are running to get the card working. Those instructions can be found in the appropriate rom forums of each distribution (cacko, pdaxrom, etc).
-
iirc that card should work out-of-box on all Zaurus models under OpenZaurus (except sl-5000/5500 where it is not present in images due to size limit)

Hmm. Any recommendations? I'm a Zaurus newbie. Mine doesn't arrive till Saturday.

Anyone got one for sale? I want to buy an 802.11g CF card.

Check [a href=\"https://www.oesf.org/index.php?title=Wireless_Card_Support]OE Wiki: Wireless Support[/url] and make sure to update the wiki after testing an unknown card.

well, make sure you do NOT get a dlink DCF-650 if you are planning to use cacko, it isn't supported.
-
I run cacko plus the Linksys WCF12, no problems. Except when you disconnect from the network then try and reconnect, it refuses, I just eject then insert the card with a small script.

IIRC no 802.11g cards work with the Zaurus yet. Only cards with Prisim chipsets, which means 802.11b. Don't worry though, Zaurii would not know what to do with 54mbs of bandwidth, they can't really fill 11mbs.
