Hello
I want to ask one thing. What is advantage to have root partition small and /mnt/user bigger? Isn't better to have root partition big one and /mnt/user small? Because when you install appz to /mnt/user symlinks have to be created and recreated after reboot.
Am I missing something?

With sharp rom the advantage is that, as the root partition is read-only, you can install more stuff.
With pdaxrom do what you want
edit: the advantage of the read-only root partition is that the zaurus is still working after a rm -rf /*
