Hello
Finally I tried to play Quake2 from stable feed. I was quite amazed how speed does game have without any overclocking. Of course only in 320x240. But I could not get mouse look and invert mouse option worked. What I only get is turn left/right with mouse. No way to look up/down. Anyone got this option work?

i have to say that i still didnt install quake2 on the zaurus... what a shame.
is it really that fast? could you compare it to the speed of quake (1)?
well in quake i was able to play with mouse... you should just look into the config.

quake1 is a bit faster.
you need to switch on mouselook in quake configuration (both for quake1 and quake2)
just open quake console and type +mlook
I noticed that when running quake1 the mouse is a bit laggy. When I decreased resolution a little (which improved framerate) the mouse behaved much better. It seems that when cpu is bogged down with rendering, either X server or kernel do not get enogh cycles to receive mouse events.

Tried mlook, freelook 1 etc ... nothing works for looking with mouse up/down. On my PC it works OK ... but with freelook 0 mouse works as move forward/backward ... so there is no problem with detect right mouse moves .. still I don't know how to enable mouse look up/down
